Full definition
COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, No. 130 of 1993) requires every South African employer to register with the Compensation Fund and submit an annual Return of Earnings (ROE). The Fund covers medical costs and compensation for employees injured or contracting diseases at work, in exchange for a risk-rated annual assessment premium.
