    Family responsibility leave

    3 paid days per year for the birth, illness or death of an immediate family member.

    Full definition

    Family responsibility leave (BCEA Section 27) gives employees who have been employed longer than 4 months and work more than 4 days a week up to 3 days of paid leave per annual cycle when a child is born or sick, or when an immediate family member dies.
