    Labour Relations Act (LRA)

    The Labour Relations Act (Act 66 of 1995) is the primary South African statute regulating collective bargaining, strikes, unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices and the operation of the CCMA. It works alongside the BCEA, EEA and Skills Development Act.
