How pricing works and where to find your tax invoices.
How you are billed
A base monthly fee plus a per-employee rate that reduces as headcount grows. You are billed only for employees paid in that month.
Where to find invoices
Billing → Invoices. Every invoice is a valid SA tax invoice with your registered details.
Payment methods
Card payment via Yoco or EFT using the banking details on the invoice.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we notify you. Accounts are only restricted after repeated failures, and historical payslips always remain accessible.
