Two-Factor Authentication
Add a second factor to protect payroll data.
Why enable it
Payroll data is a high-value target. A password alone is not enough where bank details can be changed.
Setting it up
Profile → Security → Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app and confirm the six-digit code. Store your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Enforcing for the whole company
Owners can require 2FA for all admin users under Settings → Security. Users without 2FA are prompted to set it up at next login.
Mobile OTP at signup
New accounts verify a mobile number by SMS one-time PIN, which also blocks disposable email signups.
