Connect QuickBooks Online and sync your payroll journal.
Connecting
Integrations → QuickBooks Online → Connect, then authorise the company file in Intuit. Sandbox and production environments are both supported.
Chart of accounts sync
The account list is pulled from QuickBooks so you can map payroll items to real accounts rather than typing codes.
Journals
Each finalised run creates a journal entry dated on the pay date, with a memo referencing the payroll period.
Re-syncing
If you reopen and refinalise a run, push again — the previous journal is reversed so your ledger never double counts.
