Delivery channels
- Email — PDF attachment, optionally password protected with the employee's ID number
- WhatsApp — secure link delivered to the employee's registered number
- SMS — secure link for staff without smartphones or data
- Self-service — always available in the portal
- Print — bulk PDF for staff without devices
Password protection
Enable password protection under Settings → Payslips. The default password is the employee's ID number, which you can change to a custom rule.
Delivery status
The payslip delivery report shows sent, delivered, opened and failed per employee so you can follow up on bouncing addresses or wrong numbers.
